• Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store full card or bank numbers; we receive limited details (such as the last four digits and card brand) to display and reconcile payments.
• Usage and device data — basic logs, IP address, and timestamps used to operate and secure the Service (for example, to record when a client opens an invoice).

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional email (such as invoices, receipts, and read receipts), prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Billing Zero, including:

• Stripe — payment processing and stored payment methods.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email.
• Hosting and database providers — to host the application and store your data securely.
